Author Requirements

• Abstract submission will be accepted only through online mode using the link provided.
• The presenting author or corresponding author should be an ISPN member.
• The presenting author of an accepted oral or poster abstract must register for the conference.
• A presenting author can submit a maximum of two abstracts.
• Authors listed in the abstract must meet the criteria recommended by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) in the Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals.
• Faculty, Paediatric Nephrology trainees, undergraduate students and postgraduate students are invited to submit abstracts.
• Undergraduate and postgraduate students must download the approval template, obtain approval from their respective Guide or Principal Investigator, and upload the approved template during the submission process.
• Any change in the presenting author must be communicated by email to ispncon2026@gmail.com no later than 15 November 2026. The new presenting author must be one of the co-authors listed in the submitted abstract and must be registered for the conference.
• It is the responsibility of the presenting author to share the notification with all co-authors.

Content Eligibility

• All research abstracts and clinical case reports must be submitted online through the submission link before the stated deadline.
• Submission of multiple abstracts based on a single study may result in the rejection of one or more abstracts.
• Abstracts are not eligible for consideration if the research has already been published or accepted for publication.
• All research and studies included in submitted abstracts must comply with the WMA Declaration of Helsinki and the Declaration of Istanbul on Organ Trafficking and Transplant Tourism.
• Authors should report the use of artificial intelligence, language models, machine learning, or similar technologies used to create content or assist with writing or editing.
• Such use should be disclosed in the Acknowledgement or Methods section when it forms part of the formal research design or method.
• The main text of the abstract must not contain author names or institutional affiliations.

• All submissions will be peer reviewed by two reviewers.
• Authors' names and institutional affiliations will be blinded to the reviewers.
• Accepted abstracts will be assigned either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
• If you are a presenting author and have not received your notification by 31 October 2026, first check your spam or junk folders and then email ispncon2026@gmail.com.
• Abstracts submitted by faculty will not be considered for award presentations.
• Top-rated abstracts will be eligible for the ISPN Travel Grants. Further details regarding the travel grants will be communicated separately.
